WEDDING AV PRODUCTION & STAGE HIRE IN CYPRUS
From ceremony microphones to dinner lighting and the evening dance floor, we plan the technical setup around your wedding programme.
We work with couples, planners and decor teams to coordinate equipment placement and the agreed installation schedule.
INTELLIGENT & ARCHITECTURAL WEDDING LIGHTING
Warm Architectural & Uplighting: Wireless and wired uplighters placed along stone walls, columns, palms, and garden paths wash your venue in warm, natural tones without messy cabling.
Retro Pixel Scenography: Vintage hexagon retro pixel fixtures behind the DJ setup or live band offer a warm amber tungsten glow for romantic dining and mapped color dynamics for the party.
Dance Floor Dynamics: Spot, Beam, and Wash moving heads on clean upright totems highlight the first dance, frame cake-cutting moments, and turn the afterparty into a full-scale club night.
Dinner & Speech Illumination: Soft, flattering profile wash on the head table and podium ensures guests and photographers capture clean, glare-free moments.
PROFESSIONAL SOUND & ENTERTAINMENT INFRASTRUCTURE
Ceremony & Dinner Sound: Compact speakers and discreet wireless microphones support ceremony speeches, with a balanced audio setup for dinner music and announcements.
High-Impact Party Audio: Full-range line arrays and ground-stacked subwoofers tuned for live cover bands and headline DJs keep bass punchy and contained directly on the dance floor.
Modular LED Walls & DJ Booth: Fine-pitch P2.6 indoor and weather-resistant outdoor screens for monogram loops and childhood photo stories, centered around our signature 270° wraparound LED DJ booth.
Staging, Trussing & Live Backline: Level 2 × 1 m platforms with elegant skirting, 290mm aluminum arches with white scrim sleeves, and full band backlines ready for incoming international artists.
WHY COUPLES & PLANNERS TRUST XTIME EVENTS
Your wedding production runs under the supervision of seasoned technical managers committed to aesthetic beauty and structural reliability:
3D Pre-Visualization
Before confirming hardware, we can model your wedding venue, tables, stage, and lighting rig in 3D so you can see beam paths and decor integration beforehand.
Invisible Cabling & Clean Aesthetics
We maintain strict standards: blacked-out or white-sleeved cable runs, heavy baseplates taped securely, and zero clutter in guest photo angles.
All-Day On-Site Support
Our sound and lighting engineers stay on site from morning load-in through the final song, coordinating mic handovers and live lighting transitions seamlessly.
Island-Wide Reach
We deliver, assemble, and operate across all districts — Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, Nicosia, and Ayia Napa / Protaras.
